Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
Instructions:
- In a 16oz wide-mouth glass jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Whisk briefly with a fork to prevent chia seed clumping.
- Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for at least 30 seconds with a silicone spatula until no dry streaks remain.
- Seal the lid tightly and place the jar in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soften and the chia seeds to expand.
- Remove the jar from the fridge and stir once to redistribute moisture. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of extra milk.
- Top with fresh berries, nut butter, and hemp hearts immediately before serving.
