Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon cubes completely dry with paper towels to ensure a searing crust. Toss the dry cubes in a bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil until lightly coated.
  2. Sprinkle the cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley over the salmon. Toss gently until every cube is evenly dusted with a thin, matte film.
  3. Arrange the bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping the bites halfway through.
  5. Remove the salmon when they exhibit a deep mahogany color and feel firm to the touch.
