Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon cubes completely dry with paper towels to ensure a searing crust. Toss the dry cubes in a bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil until lightly coated.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley over the salmon. Toss gently until every cube is evenly dusted with a thin, matte film.
- Arrange the bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping the bites halfway through.
- Remove the salmon when they exhibit a deep mahogany color and feel firm to the touch.
