- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Trim the woody stems off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half vertically; quarter any giant sprouts to ensure uniform cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until every leaf is evenly coated.
- Place the sprouts in the Ninja Crispi basket and set the temperature to 390°F (200°C).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously every 5 minutes to ensure consistent browning.
- For the Parmesan version, sprinkle the cheese over the sprouts during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Optional Bacon Variation: Air fry diced bacon first for 5-7 minutes, remove the bacon, and then cook the sprouts in the rendered bacon fat.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze immediately after removing from the air fryer for a tangy contrast.
