Ingredients:
- 2 cans (14.5 oz / 410g each) canned green beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Drain the green beans into a colander and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. Spread them on paper towels and pat completely dry.
- Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and butter. Once the butter is foaming, stir in the sliced garlic and sauté for 60–90 seconds until fragrant and pale golden.
- Add the dried green beans to the skillet. Increase heat slightly and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the onion powder, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Continue tossing until the beans are heated through and glazed in the garlic butter.
