Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup superfine almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breast strips completely dry with paper towels until the surface is matte. Season evenly with salt and pepper.
- In one mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and water. In a second bowl, combine the almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then press firmly into the almond flour blend until fully coated.
- Preheat the Ninja Crispi and lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the basket, ensuring pieces do not touch.
- Air fry at 390°F (199°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
