Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, panko, milk, beaten egg, and Parmesan. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
  2. Scoop approximately 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into uniform spheres about 1 inch in diameter. Space them out on the tray to allow the top-down air to circulate.
  3. Set your Ninja Crispi to the Air Fry function. Place the meatballs in the base and cook for 10-12 minutes until they have a deep, mahogany-colored exterior and an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
